• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and handling. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates:
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
• We offer standard and expedited shipping options, with the rates displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Timeframes:
• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
• Local Deliveries: We offer local delivery within the Tampa Bay area for a flat rate of $5. Please contact us for more information.
Delivery Areas:
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.
Shipping Delays:
While we aim to meet the estimated shipping timeframes, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding.
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package to the correct address.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
TBella’s Health and Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the provided address. We recommend using a secure delivery location if possible.
